The Process
Four steps from evaluation to charging
1. Community Evaluation
A complimentary review of the property’s existing electrical infrastructure to develop the most cost-effective design.
2. Resident Enrollment
Interested residents sign up and cover a one-time EV connection fee for the shared infrastructure and their charger.
3. Board Approval & Funding
A formal proposal is presented to the board for review and approval, followed by the funding process.
4. Activation & Installation
Residents set up online billing and schedule installation of the charger at their parking space.
